The idea of the researchers was to make the unique antibodies developed in the project available to fellow researchers worldwide. The products are used in basic and clinical research in important areas such as cancer research and neuroscience. The role
As a Marketing and Event Coordinator you will manage all aspects of digital and physical events and propose where we can best generate lead opportunities to the sales team. In this role, you will work with events for Atlas Antibodies and our sister companies HistoCyte Laboratories in UK, and evitria in Switzerland. You will also provide input to the annual marketing activity budget and create a yearly event calendar. Other tasks could be to oversee files and graphics material for event related projects or prepare giveaway and exhibition materials for distribution and shipment.
In your role you will collaborate with the Marketing Communications team and the Commercial team to ensure that the desired results get achieved. You will be involved in the event communications and evaluate event’s success and outcomes. Further, you will also assist with general administrative tasks in the marketing department, e.g. maintenance of the CRM system, marketing automation tools, mailing lists etc.
For this role we are looking for a person that takes responsibility for planning, organizing and executing all aspects of an event. You have the ability to both lead and collaborate internally and externally with partners and event vendors. Other essential skills for this position include time management and being well organized. You also need to have the ability to travel to events.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related
- Prior experience of planning & project managing marketing activities and ability to manage several projects simultaneously
- At least 3 years of event management experience
- Proficient in MS Office
- Experience with automated marketing and CRM applications and platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics/Click Dimensions
- Excellent oral/written communication (Swedish and English).
It´s preferrable if you have experience in setting up and facilitating virtual events including webinars and podcasts and if you have knowledge of Adobe Suite.
This is a full-time position located in Stockholm, Bromma at Atlas Antibodies’ head office and the desired start date is as soon as possible.
